How your Adventure will go:
First, we will work with you during the booking of your Adventure to secure appropriate lodging and transport for all of your needs.
Generally, you will arrive on the day before your Adventure. We will coordinate picking up your Jeep either that day or first thing the next day. There’s also no rush, if you want the Jeep for a day before your Adventure, that’s fine too! We will provide a cooler for your use in packing a lunch for your group. We will bring extra water as well as some people get altitude sickness, which is usually treatable with more water. It’s pretty dry up at this altitude.
Whenever you pick up your Jeep, we will introduce you to it, the features, functions and capabilities of the vehicle so that your driver and entire group will feel comfortable during your Adventure.
On the day(s) of your Adventure, we will meet up and a pre-determined time and place appropriate for the trail being run. Once we get to the trail, we’ll go over airing-down the tires for a better ride and more traction and a quick brief of the trail and any options available. The group will also be provided a radio for communication with their guide. The guide will at all times have your vehicle in sight and will guide you through any rock or water challenges on the trail.
The guide will educate your group on the history of the trail and surroundings. You’ll see things like historical towns, mining buildings and equipment and most of the time, wild animals, flowers and some of the most beautiful scenery in the country!
The guide will plan out your day so that a stop for lunch is hopefully at the apex of the trail, giving extra time for photos/videos etc. The guide will always be available to answer any questions and even take pictures of the entire group.
